VEHICLES and PARKING

Riverside Court shares an estate with New Mill, the administrative offices of Bradford District Care Trust (BDCT aka 'the NHS').

Riverside Court residents enjoy excellent parking facilities but must follow a set of rules designed to deliver good relations with our neighbour as well as safety and the reduction of nuisance.

A plain English summary of these rules is in THE RC LIBRARY [5-5] together with a parking map which indicates where residents can and cannot park [5-6].

Residents do not have assigned bays and do not pay extra for parking, unlike  similar developments.

However, parking is only allowed for vehicles displaying a valid Riverside Court permit.

Application forms for permits can be downloaded from THE RC LIBRARY. If you are a resident leaseholder, go to 5-8. If you are renting, go to 5-9.

MOTORBIKES and CYCLES

Motorbike owners are required to complete a permit application for their vehicle - but display of the permit is not required.

Application forms for permits can be downloaded from THE RC LIBRARY. If you are a resident leaseholder, go to 5-8. If you are renting, go to 5-9.

There are a small number of parking spaces suitable for motorbikes in the garage.

There are three cycle storage areas but whilst storage is in secure areas, we strongly urge that bikes are effectively locked/chained. Bikes should be labelled with the apartment number for identification purposes..

Bike owners do not require permits.
